About
Blackwolvez is an independent Sacramento, California Rap & Hip-Hop collective built on family, loyalty, survival, music, entrepreneurship, and legacy.
Established in the late 2000s and emerging publicly with the debut album Global Warmin’ in 2008, Blackwolvez has grown beyond the traditional definition of a rap group. It represents a continuing family of artists, producers, and connected movements whose stories and sounds have evolved across generations.
At the center of Blackwolvez’s current evolution stands Mista Pakman Dangerou$, also known as Dion C. Florence, PMD, Pak Man, Pak Man Dangerou$, and Pakaveli—an artist, entrepreneur, executive, songwriter, and driving force behind the next chapter of the Blackwolvez movement.
The early Blackwolvez concept traces back to Andre D. Butler, known as Skitzo Thee Incredible and Aquarius King, whose Sacramento roots and early experiences helped establish the foundation and identity associated with the Blackwolvez name.
Before Blackwolvez developed into a music collective, the name was connected to a security team from Skitzo’s earlier life in Sacramento. That identity eventually transitioned into music, creating the foundation for what would become the Blackwolvez movement.
Skitzo’s contribution remains an important part of Blackwolvez history and its original foundation. His early involvement helped establish the name and create the starting point from which the collective would eventually expand.
From that foundation, Blackwolvez became something larger—one that would eventually move through different eras, artists, sounds, and generations.
The modern Blackwolvez story took a major turn when Mista Pakman Dangerou$ reunited with Skitzo after years apart, reconnecting two chapters of the group’s history.
For Pakman, the reunion was more than returning to a name from the past. It became an opportunity to help redefine where Blackwolvez could go next.
Drawing from Sacramento’s independent Hip-Hop culture and influences ranging from 2Pac, Eazy-E, E-40, C-Bo, Lil’ Wayne, B-Brazy, Nate Dogg, and Southern Rap, Pakman developed a style that blended West Coast street storytelling, melodic hooks, hard-edged production, entrepreneurial ambition, and his own Sacramento perspective.
In 2018, Pakman established Full Moon Recordz LLC, creating an independent business platform that would become closely connected to the continued development of the Blackwolvez brand and its expanding creative universe.
His vision extended beyond simply making records.
It became about building a larger independent entertainment platform encompassing music, artists, branding, merchandise, visual media, business development, and intellectual property.
Today, Pakman serves as one of the principal architects of Blackwolvez’s current direction, helping transform the collective from a historical Sacramento rap identity into an expanding independent brand with room for multiple generations of artists.
Blackwolvez’s history is rooted in its original members, but its future is defined by what the collective continues to build.
Under Pakman’s direction through Full Moon Recordz, the Blackwolvez identity has expanded beyond its original era.
The catalog and surrounding creative universe now connect projects and artists across different stages of the movement, including Global Warmin’ and Medication & Tha Harve$T, while also connecting to Pakman’s expanding solo catalog and the broader Blackwolvez family.
Pakman’s own body of work includes Cali Mob Muzik, PMD, PMD Tha Blackwolf Dangerou$, and Pak World, further establishing the sound and identity surrounding the modern Blackwolvez era.
His approach has always been bigger than a single record.
Build the artist. Build the brand. Protect the name. Expand the family. Create the next chapter.
The next phase of Blackwolvez began with a larger expansion strategy developed through Full Moon Recordz, with the goal of bringing new artists and family-connected talent into the movement while maintaining the foundation that made Blackwolvez recognizable.
By 2019, the direction was becoming less about simply preserving an original lineup and more about creating a platform capable of carrying Blackwolvez into another generation.
That expansion now includes T.S.O. (Thaswellone) and members of the MAF — Money And Family movement.
T.S.O. (Thaswellone) Martrell Franklin represents part of the next generation entering the Blackwolvez family.
His connection to the collective comes through both family and music, bringing a new identity, perspective, and generation into the Blackwolvez.
T.S.O. is also part of MAF — Money And Family, KEYSEE (Marquees) Producer alongside his older brother Push, also known as Michael Franklin.
T.S.O., Push, and KEYSEE (Marquees) form MAF — Money And Family, a family-centered musical unit now entering the Blackwolvez universe as one of its newest recruited branches.
Push, T.S.O.’s big brother, brings his own presence and experience to the movement.
KeySee serves as the producer within the MAF circle, helping shape the group’s musical identity and sound.
Together, MAF represents exactly what the new Blackwolvez expansion is designed to create: family, music, individuality, and collaboration under a larger legacy.
MAF is currently developing an album, with Full Moon Recordz preparing to release the project once the group completes its work.
The Blackwolvez expansion also welcomes Daniel White, professionally known as DaRugga, an artist associated with DeadCash Da Label.
DaRugga is connected to the Blackwolvez family through his relationship with his brothers Lil’ Les & their brother Herbert, (Their Father ;Big Les), relatives of Blackwolvez, DaRugga makes his addition another extension of the family network surrounding the collective.
Now recognized within the movement as DaRugga of Blackwolvez, Daniel brings his own Sacramento identity, experience, and musical direction into the Wolfpack while maintaining his connection to DeadCash Da Label.
His musical relationship with Mista Pakman Dangerou$ has already connected him directly to the modern Blackwolvez era, including his appearance alongside PMD Tha Blackwolf Dangerou$.
His arrival represents another step in the expansion of Blackwolvez into a broader family of artists rather than a fixed lineup.
Blackwolvez represents a combination of Sacramento culture, West Coast Hip-Hop, street knowledge, family, independent entrepreneurship, and artistic evolution.
The sound has never been limited to one artist.
It has evolved through different voices and generations, incorporating classic West Coast Rap, gangsta Rap, melodic hooks, independent Hip-Hop, Southern Rap influence, and the individual styles of the artists who become part of the movement.
At the center of the current evolution is Mista Pakman Dangerou$, whose work bridges the group’s history with its future.
As an artist, Pakman continues developing his own catalog.
As an executive through Full Moon Recordz LLC, he continues developing the business infrastructure around the music.
And as the current driving force behind the Blackwolvez expansion, he continues bringing new artists, projects, ideas, and creative properties into the larger universe.
That combination of artist and entrepreneur is what defines the modern Blackwolvez era.
Blackwolvez is no longer defined solely by who stood together on a record years ago.
It is a growing creative family.
It includes artists, producers, entrepreneurs, family members, independent labels, individual movements, and future projects connected through a common identity.
The original foundation matters.
But the mission is forward.
The goal is not simply to recreate the past—it is to build something worthy of the future.
That means developing new music, expanding the Blackwolvez, creating opportunities for emerging artists, protecting the Blackwolvez identity, and continuing to build the brand across music and entertainment.
